Our bodies are programmed to heal.

Our bodies give us messages and feedback (symptoms) that provide a picture of one’s health.  If we learn to look closely at this picture, we start to see what is interrupting this programmed healing.  We start to see that healing is not about any particular diet trend, it’s about truly understanding which foods contain the phytochemical medicine to start turning things around.  Opening our minds to this understanding is the beginning of healing’s dynamic journey… and the beginning of our work together.

This work is not meant to be overwhelming but enlivening.  Whatever the chronic health condition, our bodies are signalling us to a new level of health and well being. The invitation is there.  Acceptance is all apart of the dawning new mind set of belief in what is possible.

Our bodies are highly responsive to change.  Knowing the role of healing foods provides the guidance and clarity of what to do.
