As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), I am a nutritional consultant, teacher and healing foods chef dedicated to the healing power of whole food through my work with clients dealing with a myriad of health issues.

I live with my family in a little historic village in Abbotsford, British Columbia. We have two incredible sons.
Things I love: trail running, amazing family, friends and dogs, nature/outdoors, organic/humane farming, reading/researching, farm to table cafes, teaching piano, and kind and caring people.

“I approach health and wellness in a way that honors the individuality of each client, given their unique history, physiology, lifestyle and life story.

When my first son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 3, love and my wiring for research joined together and set me on a quest into the deeper conversations of health and healing. I was inspired again and again by the holistic doctors, scientists and integrative practitioners the world over who were speaking a very different language of healing. Not only on a physical level, but with an understanding that we are more than biology, greater than our physiology.

With a desire to continue these deeper conversations, I went on to formalize my education at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), and later, I had the honor of being trained by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride to become a Certified GAPS Practitioner (CGP).

Over the years, I pursued further study and became a Whole Foods Educator and Lifestyle Coach. And, due to my love of fresh food that has potent detoxing and anti-pathogenic power, I became a certified Raw Food Chef through the RAW Foundation Culinary Arts and Nutrition Institute in Vancouver. I ventured down to Arizona for a Conscious Eating exploration with Dr. Gabriel Cousens. And have done intensives through Andrea Nakayama’s (Functional Nutrition Alliance) Holistic Nutrition Lab as well as Dr. Kelly Brogan’s (Holistic Psychiatrist) game-changing program: Vital Mind Reset.

My goal is to share what I can of insight into this holistic approach, to work together in the always dynamic process of connecting the dots to feeling your best.

Our bodies have a story to tell and they know the path to healing. I consider it an absolute honor to work together with you in discovering or uncovering this path. Because what a journey!
